WHO IS DAVIS ABSOLUTE?
SON, HUSBAND, FATHER, RAPPER...
I go by Davis Absolute and I am a Christian rap artist with a desire to serve the Lord with my gift and glorify Christ with my music. I was raised as a Christian but never experienced Christ's love until much later in my life when He called me to surrender. Since my renewal in Him, my life and calling were all surrendered to His will and kingdom.
I've been rapping for more than 4 years as a Christian artist and I've had the blessing and opportunity to serve in multiple capacities from small ministry events to large sold out shows. I've seen lives changed and hearts encouraged through this simple gift - rap.
My goal is to spread the Gospel of Christ, positivity and true happiness through my music, aiming to captivate those listening. This is the way hip hop is supposed to be, venturing outside the realm of material possessions and short-lived pleasures with a focus on something that is real and eternal. In the last 4 years I've been able to work with awesome people on ever growing platforms.
platforms I'VE BEEN FEATURED on
I've been blessed to be featured and interviewed on some of the top Christian Hip Hop platforms such as Rapzilla, NewH2O, Jam The Hype and more, as well as top Christian Contemporary Music outlets like New Release Today.
In January of 2017 I did a live music performance on JUCE TV which was also broadcast on Trinity Broadcast Network. As well as an interview with Passion 4 Him TV on Trinity Broadcast Network.
ARTISTS I PERFORMED & WORKED WITH
Over the years I've had the opportunity to open up shows for artists like NF, Dee-1, Bizzle, Social Club Misfits, and more. I've also worked and collaborated with artists such as John Givez and Joey Jewish. The song "My Show" was featured on No Malice's critically acclaimed Wretched Pitiful Poor Blind & Naked audiobook as the featured track.
I would love to serve with you
My ministry is more than just performing some songs that sound good. My goal is to connect with my audience in a relevant way, relay the gospel message, and give them something that will leave a lasting impression on them and in their lives for the cause of Christ. I know how impactful music, especially rap music, was in my life. God has given me that same gift to share with others and I take it very seriously. The end goal isn't to make money and become a rap star, it's to glorify Christ and affect souls for eternity.
